Tucked away on a quiet court in Westminster Woods, 48 McGarr Court is the kind of home that makes you want to stay awhile. A warm and welcoming space made for gathering, celebrating and making memories. With more than 3,000 square feet of living space, a beautifully renovated kitchen, cozy gathering spaces, there’s plenty of room for family and friends - especially when the Christmas music is playing and the holiday celebrations are underway!

It’s the backyard that may just steal the show, tucked into the city but backing onto greenspace, it offers the rare feeling of being at the cottage without leaving the South end of Guelph. Come for the Christmas cheer, stay for the cottage vibes, and discover why this home is one of the special stops on the Joy Home Tour!
